AEDC is working to develop a business and industrial park in Ascension Parish in order to attract office, light manufacturing, and warehousing/distribution-related companies into the Parish. AEDC contracted with Taimerica Management Company to review nine potential sites in the parish for a proposed new park.

Three sites were recommended by Taimerica for the business park and AEDC is working with these property owners and national park developers to create a 100-200 acre business park in the Parish by 2010 to diversify our economy.

AEDC contracted with C-K and Associates of Baton Rouge on geospatial maps on the three properties listed below.
